Can you believe a ‘town’ once sat in this spot? See before & after photographs

Last winter, we reported a story about the “Town sitting on a lake in Minnesota” and the short story drew attention from many of our readers. Howard Lake, Minnesota, last winter became one of the largest campsites in the region, hosting folks who love Ice fishing games, during winter. They came from far and near, mounting mobile homes and sheds on Howard Lake, with sprawling SUVs and Caravans parked almost everywhere on the freezing water. But beneath the frozen ice was a small ocean. Here, we show you a picture of the exact spot where the ‘small town’ sat around February and March 2022 plus a second photo shot at the same spot during last summer.
